Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Magic of Brotherhood container and retreats are small, purposefully designed and carefully held. The number of the participants and each man's participation shapes the experience for everyone.
Due to the limited number of spaces in this container, please ensure that you're committed to full participation before making payment.
Participant Cancellation
If unforeseen circumstances arise and you are unable to participate, best efforts will be made to fill your spot. However, this is not guaranteed.
If your spot is filled, you will receive a refund, minus a $250 administration fee. This fee covers the additional administrative time required. You may propose another man to take your place however, he must complete the full screening process to be accepted.
If your spot is not filled, unfortunately, a refund will not be issued.
If you withdraw your participation, after the container initiates, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Due to the nature of this container and retreat, the closer to the start, the more challenging it is to fill a spot, so please ensure that you notify us in writing at connect@thesovereigntyway.com immediately if you are unable to participate.
Screening and Ineligibility
We reserve the right to withdraw participation, before the in-person retreat if it is determined that continued participation is not safe for you, or the other participants through further screening or following a disclosure under Section 8.3 of the Informed Consent.
The screening process exists to ensure this work is the right fit for you at this time. If it is concluded that it is not, at this time, you will receive a refund of any payments received.
Cancellation By Us
If we need to cancel, or postpone the container, or the retreat, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will be immediately notified.
If the container is entirely cancelled, or postponed and it is not viable for your attendance, you will receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs you have arranged independently, so we encourage you to book refundable travel or consider travel insurance.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 30 days of approval.
