Co-founded by Sasha Cuff and Leah Goard, The Sovereignty Way was born from a shared lifelong quest to uncover what it truly takes to heal and live a deeply meaningful, fulfilling, spiritual, sovereign life.
Dedicated to uncovering the way, after 30 years respectively seeking, researching and testing in their fields, they landed on the same answer. Embodiment.
Their purpose, passion and paths aligned to bring their vision to fruition and this body of transformative work into the world through world class training, retreats and individual experiences.
Together, alongside a tremendous community of dedicated individuals, therapists, coaches and leaders who are working to support individuals, families and communities to heal, come together and embody a liberated existence.

Our Team
SASHA CUFF
Co-Founder/Facilitator
Sasha is a pioneer in trauma resolution, relational Healing, and psychedelic therapy. A highly relational trauma resolution practitioner, he has spent 25 years working with the full spectrum of trauma while researching and developing the TSW Method and Medicine Protocols that provide a comprehensive approach and set of tools to accurately diagnose and heal the full spectrum of trauma and relational healing.
His greatest contributions emerged through decades of studying diverse healing traditions and spiritual paths worldwide, integrating and testing them in practice to discover which approaches best serve each therapeutic need. The result is a rich, multidimensional approach to healing and transformation.
Since 2017, Sasha has been dedicated to empowering therapists and medicine facilitators, equipping them with the skills to create safe, integral, and deeply healing containers for their clients.
LEAH GOARD
Co-Founder/Facilitator
Leah is a visionary strategist, relational trauma resolution psychedelic practitioner, and intuitive guide. She bridges business strategy and systems with the healing power of breathwork, relational trauma resolution, and medicine work.
For more than 25 years, Leah has coached leaders, healers, and entrepreneurs to expand their vision, embody their truth, and step into sovereignty. Known for her ability to hold both grounded strategy and profound transformation, she creates pathways that empower others to embrace their gifts and lead with integrity.
Shaped by her own healing of complex PTSD, since 2020 Leah immersed herself in the world of psychedelic therapy, developing and advancing TSW Method and Medicine Protocols. With compassion and depth, Leah brings lived experience and reverence for the process, inviting others to move beyond survival and truly come alive.
KELLIE KNOLL
Training Facilitator
Kellie has been in the healing arts and wellness field for over 25 years, and has immersed himself in a range of alternative therapies, including massage, acupressure, breathwork, yoga, meditation, men's work, qigong, non-violent communication, and shamanic healing techniques.
A relational somatic therapist and counselor, at the core of all of Kellie’s work is the practice of relational somatic therapy and its paradigm-shifting wellness approach that encourages awareness of the present moment through body sensations, movement and tensions. Opening the passage to healing our deeper-held patterns in our nervous systems that shape our lives.
Kellie has raised four incredible children, experienced a conscious relationship, is a brother, and a friend to many amazing souls. His personal connections have been his most significant mentors.
MICHAEL O’NEIL
Traning Facilitator
Michael is trained as a somatic and psychedelic therapist and also has a Master's degree with a specialty in psychedelic integration. Michael's practice is grounded in many years of serious meditation practice and training in multiple healing and initiatory modalities across several traditions.
He has a history of working with men afflicted with severe drug addictions, gang involvement and developmental disorders and guiding highly successful clients as an adventure guide. He is kind and relatable and regularly creates a safe space for people to go deep.
Michael's therapeutic practice is geared towards not only resolving trauma effectively but also evoking and integrating the power and gifts that always lies hidden beneath trauma so his clients can lead more optimized and connected lives.
CINDY STOCKDALE
Community Maven
Cindy has been a technician of the energetic arts for almost 20 years. She is a multi-passionate, multidisciplinary woman who has practiced yoga, shamanism and energy healing with thousands of people.
She is also a wizard behind the scenes, working her magic through business organization and management and thrives on supporting and weaving like-minded people together in community, sharing in this magical experience called life.
Cindy is passionate about helping people reclaim their power, rewrite their personal story, and transform their lives.
Her highest purpose of all is to remind people they are loved, deeply.
MARGARET REFFELL
Web Strategy
Margaret has been building websites, and online programs for over 12 years. She specializes in building high-volume online learning portals that allow facilitators to bring their vision to life!
Along with spending her days knees-deep in technology, Margaret also understands the inner work needed for success, and growth.
Margaret's thirst for knowledge allows her to be an expert problem-solver, and a lifelong learner.
